What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be joining a well-respected, established team providing high-quality small animal care across several clinic locations.
· Key Responsibilities:
· • General consultations and small animal case management
· • Performing routine soft tissue surgeries (e.g. pyometras, lump removals, spays/neuters)
· • Diagnostic imaging (radiography, in-house bloods, and ideally basic ultrasound)
· • Collaborating with senior vets and support staff on complex cases
· • Providing empathetic and clear communication with pet owners
· • Contributing to the positive team culture and upholding clinical protocols
· • Regular CPD participation and professional development
· • Utilising internal referral and mentorship structures when needed
Who We’re Looking For
· • At least 3 years of experience in small animal practice
· • Able to work independently and confidently in a sole-charge setting when required
· • A caring and compassionate vet who values teamwork and communication
· • Comfortable with common surgeries and clinical problem-solving
· • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and client empathy
· • Eagerness to grow professionally, whether in surgery, imaging, or medicine
