About These Roles
I recruit emergency and critical care veterinarians for hospitals across Australia year round. ECC clinicians are the most contested profile in the Australian market, with specialist and senior ECC searches routinely running 20 weeks or more, so the hospitals I work with move quickly and pay properly when the right person appears.
Typical Packages
AUD 120,000 to 200,000 plus per year including senior and leadership roles.
Packages reflect roster penalties and case complexity.
Superannuation and CPD allowances on top.
Relocation support for international candidates.
About You
An emergency clinician confident with high acuity caseloads.
Comfortable with shift work and fast decisions.
You must already hold an AVBC accredited veterinary qualification, or have completed the AVE, allowing immediate registration with the relevant Australian state veterinary board.
